Oslo University Hospital in Norway is one of Europe`s biggest emergency hospital with local, regional and national functions. It has over 20 000 employees. Oslo University Hospital is the result of merging three of the hospitals in Oslo in 2009, with activity at more than 40 locations in Oslo and surrounding areas. At the moment they are planning and building several new hospitals and buildings to bring the activities together in joint premises with new and modern facilities.

Gustaf has previously been chairman of the board at Sahlgrenska University Hospital in Gothenburg, one of Sweden's and Europe's largest hospitals. He comes from a background as a senior management consultant focusing on public organizations and performance augmentation.

Harry de Koning
Professor of Public Health, Erasmus University Medical Centre, Rotterdam
His major scientific contributions are in the areas of (1) designing, running and evaluating (often large-scale) multidisciplinary population-based randomized controlled screening trials to establish the efficacy of screening, (2) evaluating active (inter-)national screening programs and clinical tests to establish effectiveness and (3) guiding public health policies on screening and primary prevention using predictions of favourable and unfavourable effects and the cost of interventions, based on micro-simulation modelling of the natural history of disease, risk-prediction modelling and cost-effectiveness and cost-utility analyses.
Ștefan Constantinescu
President, The Federation of European Academies of Medicine (FEAM)
Professor of Molecular and Cell Biology at Université catholique de Louvain, de Duve Institute and Member of the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, Brussels, Belgium. He is a Member of the Royal Academy of Medicine of Belgium, of the Romanian Academy of Medical Sciences and of the Romanian Academy. He is an MD and PhD that has received postdoctoral training in molecular cell biology with Prof. Harvey F. Lodish at Whitehead Institute for Biomedical Research, Massachussetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge MA as a fellow of the Medical Foundation Boston and of the Anna Fuller Fund (1995-2000).
Jaroslaw J. Fedorowski

Dr. Fedorowski is a medical doctor, university professor and healthcare executive. He holds MD and PhD degrees, as well as an MBA in healthcare administration from academic institutions in Poland and the USA. His medical specializations are internal medicine, cardiology and managed care medicine. He was Chief of Medicine and medical executive board member at the University of Vermont Health Network hospital, Medical Director of Enel-Med. – a managed care company in Warsaw, President and CEO of Hospitals of Poland Inc. – a hospital management corporation, and Executive Board Member of a Polish subsidiary company of Hospitals Projectenwicklungsgenges Ltd. of Graz (Austria).
Frederic Lievens

Frederic was active in several other national and international projects and initiatives dealing with technological innovation in the healthcare sector. He was also a member of the Advisory Board of CRETECS, an interdisciplinary Center of Expertise for Care Technology at VIVES University College, Bruges, Belgium and part of the Steering Committee that developed and started up a Professional Bachelor for Care Technology at VIVES, and currently still a member of the Permanent Education Committee for this BSc curriculum.
