Dr. Jaroslaw J. Fedorowski runs the Polish Hospital Federation, the nationwide and representative hospital network in Poland. He is also a member of the esteemed President’s Committee in the European Hospital Federation HOPE.
Dr. Fedorowski is a medical doctor, university professor and healthcare executive. He holds MD and PhD degrees, as well as an MBA in healthcare administration from academic institutions in Poland and the USA. His medical specializations are internal medicine, cardiology and managed care medicine.
He was Chief of Medicine and medical executive board member at the University of Vermont Health Network hospital, Medical Director of Enel-Med. – a managed care company in Warsaw, President and CEO of Hospitals of Poland Inc. – a hospital management corporation, and Executive Board Member of a Polish subsidiary company of Hospitals Projectenwicklungsgenges Ltd. of Graz (Austria). For many years he has been a professor at universities in the United States and in Poland, teaching medicine, as well as healthcare management. His clinical career includes work in Poland, USA, UK and Switzerland.
